How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after that — so you can expect your order within 4–7 business days in total. Free shipping on all US orders.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is covered by the customer, except for faulty items or errors on our end — those are on us.

Will I be charged any customs or import fees?

No, there are no additional customs fees or hidden charges for US deliveries. The price you pay at checkout is final.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
